It sounds like the leads had their hands really tied up until we showed up. Can't imagine just eight of them taking care of a whole city. [ low whistle. ] Between the both of us, bet we'd have an easy time finding people on the run.

Probably the latter if they've been havin' that hard a time with 'em. Though if that's the case and powers like that already exist here it seems kinda weird that they've gotta send away for mail-order superheroes.
